"Smiles for Haiti" FAQ'S

How does the fundraiser work?

I am asking anyone who would like to take part in the fundraiser to donate whatever they are comfortable with and they will receive a studio session of their family and one 8x10 print.

Where is the money going from this fundraiser?

All the funds raised from this project will be going to the Canadian Red Cross to help relief aid in Haiti.

When does this project start and how long does it run for?

This project has officially starts as of February 15th and will run until the end of March, 2010. We encourage parents, grandparents or other family members who are interested to contact us as soon as possible to reserve their studio session as space is limited.

Where will the photos be taken?

All photos will be taken as Elizabeth’s studio in the new Invue Building on Springfield.

Do I have to do the pre-consultation?

Yes. The pre-consultation allows us to get to know one another and it is also an opportunity to ask questions and talk a bit about what NOT to wear, etc.

Who can can take part in the studio sessions?

The sessions are for everyone; children, families, babies, business portraits, couples, etc.

How many people can be in the photos?

You can have as many family members as you like take part in the session.

Can I purchase images from the photo session?

Yes. We would be happy to help you select additional images for your family and friends. We offer a wide variety of printing and mounting options for you to choose from.

Will proceeds from print sales be donated as well?

Yes, 10% of all print sales will also be donated.
