The Aviva Experience

Your experience with Aviva begins when you see our work either on our website, in someone's home, or have been given a referral from a friend or family member. We hope the images you see move you and invoke emotion. Chances are - if you have come this far - you like what you see and are excited about the idea of working with us.

The Consultation

At Aviva Studios our goal is to create photographs that are as unique as you are. In order to achieve this we believe it's important to get to know you and what you enjoy so that the images we create truly re?ect your personality and lifestyle. That is why we invite you to come for a consultation during which time we can discuss your event, ?nd out what your needs are and suggest some ideas and locations that will make your photos unique. It's also during the consultation that we can show you some more examples of our work and they types of albums that we offer.

If you are from out of town and are not able to visit for a consultation we do our very best to answer all of your questions over the phone and email so don't worry if you can't make it in! If you decide that we are the photographer for you - and we hope you do! we have a contract that we ?ll out and send to you for your review. This contract sates the speci?cs of your package, and all the other details that pertain to your event. If you would like to see a copy of our contract, just let us know and we can email it to you!

Once you have signed the contract, we ask for a deposit to hold the date and the remaining balance to be paid on or before the wedding date.

The Shoot

Your wedding day goes by so quickly and we believe that not a moment should go by without having fun so we work hard to ensure everyone has fun during the photo session. We approach each shoot with a sense of humor and a light heart. We want everyone to be smiling the whole way through. This also makes for great photos!

We do suggest that you pack a snack and drinks for your wedding party so that no one is hungry. This way time can be spent taking great shots and not in the drive through!

The Photos

Within 10 days of your wedding a select number of images will be compiled in a slideshow for you to share with your friends and family. The complete set of proofs will be ready for you to see within 4 to 6 weeks.
