Most photo booths come in some sort of a box, you know the ones that you need to get into, then push the button and wait while a machine snaps a series of pictures regardless of whether you're ready or not! The Aviva PhotoBooth is not a box that gets dropped off before your event. How it Works

Your guests gather in front of a large backdrop, strike a pose (adorning supplied props optional), and the photographer instantly captures the moment. Both individual shots and group photos are a breeze! All photos are then uploaded to an online gallery for you and your guests to view shortly after the event.

Photo Booth FAQ

Do you actually bring the photo booth right to the event?

Yes, our booths are portable and we set them up on location.

How noisy is the setting up of the photo booth?

The setup of our photobooth is very quiet and should not interrupt the festivities at your event.

Do you just drop-off the photo booth at the event?

Besides prompt delivery and removal of the photo booth, we also provide a friendly on-site professional photographer to assist guests as necessary.

Will the photos fade or change color afterwards like many Polaroids, instant photo novelties or some other digital photo booths?

The Aviva PhotoBooth pictures are all professional studio quality digital images. We use professional archival quality paper and all prints are produced by a professional lab.

I see some events with all kinds of fun props in your gallery. Is that available to everyone?

The Aviva PhotoBooth comes complete with an assortment of props. Guests can have fun with the booth on its own, but the fun really gets going when you have props!

How long does it take for my guests to receive their pictures?

We send all your guests their picture by email.

Can guests use the photo booth as often as they like during the event?

Yes, unlimited free usage for the duration, BUT we do encourage guests to line up again after using the booth so that everyone gets a fair chance to get their photos taken.

What if I want more than one copy of the same photo? Can I get copies of ALL the photos from my event?

All the photos from the photo booth will be saved on a CD and given to you approximately 1-2 weeks after the event. As well, all the images will be posted to an online gallery for your guests to choose from.

I was a guest at an event that hired an Aviva PhotoBooth and I'd like the soft copy of my photo, can you e-mail it to me?

Photos from each event are forwarded to the event organizer. Please refer to them for the photo files.

Can we choose the colour of the backdrop?

Yes, you can choose between cream, black, red, blue, taupe, purple, sage green, or b&w damask print. If creating a customized backdrop for your event, please contact info@avivaphotostudios.com for the proper dimensions

What about power? Is any special kind of hookup necessary?

No. A standard unshared 120v electrical outlet is all that's needed, preferably within 10 feet. Please note that certain older venues have older electrical setups with multiple outlets sharing the same power source. Please check with the venue prior to selecting the location for the photo booth.

What is needed to book the photo booth?

A $300 non-refundable deposit and a signed terms of agreement. We accept Cash, Cheque, Visa or Mastercard.
